Steps

1. Measure 1-2g of Matchaya's Matcha Powder into a 200ml tea bowl (preferably a larger surface area to make whisking easier!).

2. Sift the Matchaya's Matcha Powder to avoid lumps. 

3. Pour 150-200ml of 70-80°C water into the tea bowl.

4. Use Matchaya's Matcha Whisk to ensure the matcha powder can mix well in water and produce a creamy froth on the top for maximum enjoyment.

5. Enjoy it hot or iced (by adding some ice cubes!).
