Matcha Pineapple Tart (黄梨挞)
Armed with a secret recipe inherited from grandmother, we slow-cook the fresh pinapple jam for a good 6 hours. The end result - zesty, meaty with a hint of cinnamon. The pineapple jam is then rolled up in a crumbly and buttery Matcha crust.
