Yen is very prompt in response and help to accommodate my last minute change in delivery (3 hours before original delivery location). Drinks is very nice and thick. Matcha drink has powdery feel.

Im glad that they gave bottles with a later expiry date. the previous time it turned bad the day we bought it (even though the expiry was in 1-2 days). I would still purchase cause most of the time it is okay and it's delicious

Adore the intense and natural tea flavour in both the houjicha and matcha flavours. So glad it was not sweet, and the texture and creaminess were just right.
I bought one set as a gift for a friend, and another set for myself, and while the portions are just right, the packaging could be a little more more in line with the sophistication conveyed on the website.

These two flavours offer different sensations for the palate with houjicha having a more earthy and roasted taste while matcha has a more rounded and smooth feel. Best to try both to see which impresses you more but it will be hard to make a choice since they are both good in their own ways.
