Albion x Matchaya
Starting 2025 strong with our recent collaboration with Albion. We’re honored to host Albion in our space, where they showcased their products to guests alongside some food, freshly whisked teas, and a matcha workshop.
To complement this beauty-forward experience, we conducted a Matcha Appreciation and Wellness Workshop, offering 2 separate sessions—one during lunch and another during dinner.
Albion is a renowned Japanese beauty brand dedicated to creating high-quality skincare, makeup, and haircare products that harness the power of carefully selected ingredients and advanced research.

Matcha Appreciation and Wellness Workshop
To kickstart the workshop, our tea master gave a brief introduction to the history and benefits of matcha, followed by a DIY matcha tea session.
We also discussed how the antioxidants in matcha can support healthier-looking skin, and showcased how achieving the ideal water-to-powder ratio mirrors Albion’s perfectly balanced product formulations.
For the afternoon session, guests were treated to small bites such as Takoyaki, Chicken Karaage, Tamago Sando, and Smoked Salmon Guacamole Sando.
As for the evening session, they were served mains like Creamy Pesto Linguine, Dashi Chicken Stew, or Tokyo Beef Short Ribs.
